SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If your selected time slot is available, your online request for appointment will be accepted and scheduled into the appointment calendar. If, for any reason, your selected time slot is no longer available, you will be informed immediately as Clean & Green Auto Care is committed to accommodating it’s customers.
Your name, email, and phone number will be used to send you appointment confirmations and reminders. You will be notified by email, phone , or text with any changes or updates.
PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Prior to our arrival, we ask that you clear out the interior of your vehicle of all personal belongings from areas to be serviced. Clean & Green Auto Care will not open glove-boxes or other interior compartments to clean out of respect for privacy. If you want these areas to be cleaned, please remove all contents and leave compartments open prior to our arrival. Please have vehicle positioned in the center of parking space or driveway with enough room to extend the doors wide enough to efficiently perform the scope of service to our best standards. Upon arrival we only ask for a few minutes of your time for keys and any other brief questions regarding service.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME
Clean & Green Auto Care will arrive generally within 10 minutes of scheduled service. We will call you to let you know if we’re running significantly off schedule (more than a half hour early or late). While travel time is factored into the schedule; we cannot control traffic conditions, which may take more time, less time, or ultimately necessitate a reschedule.
When we service your vehicle, we take great precaution in conserving the appearance of your vehicle and the functional operation of all features equipped in your vehicle. Upon arrival, your vehicle will be visually inspected for exterior and interior damage. In many cases, damage is not noticeable prior to washing due to the amount of debris. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or are no longer functional. Clean & Green Auto Care will not be held responsible for electrical or mechanical malfunction, or pre-existing scratches, swirl marks, dents, stains, tears in your cloth or leather seats and carpets, cracks or creases in leather seats, as well as pre-existing blemishes on any surface of your vehicle, nor will Clean & Green Auto Care be held responsible for discarding anything left in the vehicle presumed as rubbish while being serviced, i.e: wrappers, receipts, empty bottles, containers, etc. (See Preparation for Your Appointment)

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Clean & Green Auto Care reserve the right to refuse service to any rude customers, or to any customers making unreasonable demands. Clean & Green Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service in an environment which could pose any potential harm to our service agent(s). Late cancellation fees will apply.
COST OF SERVICE
Total service amount and any applicable tax will be confirmed by the end of scheduled service. Make sure you have selected your desired service(s) for the correct vehicle size. Vehicle size classifications are scaled by service time and quantity of product used. The condition of the exterior and interior (dirtiness) as well as additional requests will be factored into the time and price consideration. Any adjustments, or additionally factoring conditions, such as pet hair, bug & tar removal, or excessive soilage, will be included as deemed necessary. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices effective April 1, 2016.
Payment (by check, cash, or credit/debit Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMX) is due upon completion of service. A $35.00 fee applies to any failed transaction, or returned check for reason stated by the bank.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our Services or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number. By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy.
